The Advanced Boxing Bootcamp is for those ready to take it to the next level!
This Bootcamp is less focused on weight loss and more on the technical aspect of the sport. You’ll learn complex combinations, offensive moves, defence, and footwork and have the ability and stamina to last THREE rounds with former Victorian, Australian and Oriental and Pacific Boxing Federation champion Heath Stenton.

The cost of the four week Advanced Bootcamp is $249 and includes:

“The Advanced Boxing Bootcamp was challenging but enjoyable at the same time as it made me push myself even more than ever before. “I first started training with the Fit N Focused crew approximately 6 months ago. Initially I was only focused on losing weight and I planned to complete one camp and then settle back into "normal life". Bootcamp life is now my "normal" life and I have completed as many Bootcamps as possible. These were fun and the results were great but, as my fitness improved, I found myself wanting something more challenging. Something with a different element. Matt answered my hunger with the invite to join his first Advanced Boxing Boot camp.
We trained as if we were preparing and training for a fight. Matt taught us the basic skills we needed to face an opponent in the ring. Learning aspects of defence, different offensive combos and how to move around the ring filled the void that was left when most of my body fat moved out (from the previous camps). All while increasing my stamina, hand eye co-ordination and my overall fitness.
The highlight of the Advanced Boxing Boot camp was definitely facing Geelong's own Heath Stenton on the final night of the camp. No surprises here, he punched me at his will for the duration of three rounds. I was surprised however, to find that whilst receiving blows to multiple parts of my body, Matt's training left me able to remain calm, continue to think and even land the odd counter-blow back at Heath.

“I loved every moment of the Advanced Boxing Bootcamp. It required me to find a little bit extra physically to get through the sessions (compared to the other Bootcamp), but by the end I found I was lasting the distance and still had plenty left to keep on going. I was extremely apprehensive about fighting Heath but he made me feel very comfortable standing in the ring with him – even when I was running away. I would recommend the Advanced Bootcamp to anyone that is wanting an extra challenge physically, especially on their poor arms. I thought my arms were going to drop off after the first week, but it started to get easier to keep them up after the 4 weeks. “It was a fantastic Bootcamp for a number of reasons! I developed my technique, had a laugh with some good people and aside from the fitness benefits, I really felt I improved on my boxing technique. The actual sparring against Heath was probably one of my best days! Of course fighting someone like Heath you're up against it, but it was a great feeling to finish up knowing I'd give it my best, taken a few licks and still come out smiling. I could really notice a difference in my ability. Now I want more! I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to boost their fitness while taking their boxing skills a step further. The great thing about focusing on technique is it takes your mind off the hard physical work, and the chance to get in the ring with the likes of Heath and Kane is a great motivator! Megan Turale
